What are the odds on a post tomorrow informing us he's made it to the walk in centre? :rotfl:0 -

Haha
Nope, no issues at all. Otherwise I definitely would have gone. As it is it has been too easy to justify not going!“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0 -

What happens when you say that to them, how you know what it is like? I would like to think they gain some comfort, but parents are funny things.PN is welcome to give Lakeland a posh alert, its the sort of shop you wonder round without actually buying anything. I always think it is full of overpriced cooking stuff people have managed without for centuries.
The problem with our one is that it is opposite Clas Ohlson. I always find a reason to buy something that I never knew I needed in there. It scratches the itch and then totally removes the need for spending at Lakeland. What are the odds on a post tomorrow informing us he's made it to the walk in centre? :rotfl:
It was lir's quote in your post that I read first. Makes for quite an interesting first impression if you read the NPT backwards. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

we don't talk about my health. Hardly ever. Any attempt to broach subject results in unpleasantness, neither RP nor I are nice people, but RP is fighting with sharp knives but a shakey hand often.

True; but it's even easier to persuade yourself that you need x or y when it is on their reduced shelf and you've just wandered in for a look-see  :Alostinrates wrote: »I like a poached egg or dry fried when I'm being very last, upside down on a crumpet. We have crumpets in the freezer all winter, and I buy them not make them.
Mmmm indeed. Do you put them in the toaster from frozen (the crumpets, not the eggs)?

It's the same sort of design but the little cups are plastic rather than metal, and don't conduct heat well enough. It's impossible to get the white properly set without the yolk going solid. I'm sure the metal ones are better.
I tried one of those, I agree with you - I'm sure the metal made the difference. I nuke them these days anyway0 -

It'd be too much of a faff to be honest, that amount of sauce for one and buying a small piece of salmon that size.... and then, having got the stuff, having to make it instead of eating what I fancy
No freezer yet.
I often do all sorts of eggs though, had egg/soldiers for lunch/tea/whatever time it was....0
