    You need to find one of those roadside stalls that flogs fresh produce - where you drop the money in the honesty box. He'll have picked them that morning.

    There's a guy in Upper Sheringham who sells all sorts of garden produce that way. Excellent stuff. But no sweet corn, unfortunately.

    Is it Viva who grows her own?

    I've been Money Tipped!
    We've grown sweet corn this year. Most of its too starchy now though I think.

    Lydia- thanks for the thought, and for asking. Not going so well (still). Not feeling great about it all, and the next few weeks are going to be busy busy anyway. Trying not to give up :o

    Brown fingers maybe?

    As an aside while I like her -ker -a ( cannot think how to spell it, there is a ch in there, that's a lir attempt heuchera? ) I cannot plant it because I think it looks a bit like its dying or suffering fromdeficiency of some sort.
