1.156 beep, 1.57 beep, 1.59 beep - battery in the upstairs smoke detector, did the obvious thing at 2AM, took detector down, removed battery and it still beeps every minute. Spare battery went into one of the downstairs detectors when I was trying to solve the other beep....but old battery from downstairs detector seems to have stopped the beep for now so tomorrow's task is new 9v batteries....goodnight all.
    I think....

I'm in Kent with my favourite sons, favourite sisters and fave parents. Lacking only fave lover, but you can't have it all!

I'm knackered - Kermie's teething / got a sore throat / otherwise broken in some way, and I was in court yesterday and today :(

Cuddles with his Granny will do him a lot of good (-:

I got "stage 4" whic seemed wrong to me - quite a few of the questions were maths, general knowledge or logic, I reckon.

    Same here!

May you have pleasant beepless night's sleep.

    Hope that works out well.

We've finally got DS into a school he can walk to, and that understands him (we think). He also has to do retake courses but we hope a re-mark may solve one of them.

Unfortunately, the only school that is sort of within walking distance is the one that has let him down in recent times....all the others are at least 10 miles away!

    Wealth of choice here...not!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Odd things that happen on my wall: This morning a hire van's parked on the double yellow lines and half on the pavement - two blokes have got out of it and are leaning on my wall having a chat and a fag.

Congratulations to you both. Hope he has a great day :)

I got level 4 - but a few of the answers could be guessed as they were clearly longer or more technical than the others, helping my guesswork!

Hmm. A quid donation on a thousand quid table. I smell Spam of a particularly grubby sort.
