I'm trying to work that one out. Maybe, just maybe, you bought a pair of Christian Louboutin rollerskates?

I was thinking more of a swan boat, pulled by real swans.

Lir at my parents they have the same issue with thick walls and long distances and then find a Samsung gigaset phone works well. Other thing i was wondering was whether you could get one of those mobile signal boxes that plugs into the WiFi and use mobiles insteadnof landline but I'm not sure of their range.
    I think....

I'm not a huge fan of crumble tbh. :o

Jam and compote mainly. I'll use some for pud tonight/ tomorrow. I haven't got over to the far ones yet. If they are damsons I'll make cheese from some of them.

DW makes crumble using oats. Not too sweet. Very nice!

How do you make damsons into cheese?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Today DDs ex has texted about travelling on a cat a meringue.

I thought this might be a vessel for LiR's cake.

I googled it ... it's not cheese. You make a sort of thick, sliceable "jam" from the damsons ... and serve it with cheese :)
