Neither have I. I must have seen one on tv at some point or something.
Despite the warning, I did have a little nibble of the fruit (I'd have been no good in the garden of Eden) - sour like a lemon, but not entirely unpleasant. Even though I'm guessing it's nowhere near ripe.
Apologies for the pic - looks fine in the thread but is apparently mahoosive when you try to reply to a post!0 -
For the same price as a takeaway (£7-8 for a veggie biryani) .... I'm home with a Thai Chicken Curry/Rice; a Chicken Jalfrezi Curry/Rice; 3 Blackcurrant Cheesecakes (individual); two naan breads; six muffins (bread); some mature cheddar and some jelly babies.
So that's 5 meals, 3 desserts and some treats0 -
Have been looking on eBay. There are a few sets of spare Ektorp covers on sale, eg

They don't dye well though

I'm not 100% enamoured of Ikea sofas these days .... and the price of their covers is horrific. For Ektorp my eyes have always been drawn to this cover http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ektorp-Pixbo-3-Seater-sofa-bed-cover-Abyn-blue-stripe-/181492695759
Everybody's photos of Ektorps look very shabby/crumpled/saggy.0 -
Limoncello in a tart packs a punch.
Its reminiscent of the uncomfortable moment in an Italian restaurant where the patron treats you to a limoncello and you smile knock it back and pay then....he pours you another:(
We once went out with my parents and this happened and no one else could bring them selves to do it,( but kept shoving them at me, be cause I was in a corner) and I ended up drinking six glasses of limoncello for politeness and almost burnt a hole in my oesophagus.0 -

Helicopter just did 2 very low passes over, then looped over the bay, and now appears to have landed (?) on Abersoch beach. Floodlights going on it. Can't see from here (did go out onto the deck to listen). Curious as to what's going on!0

Am I the only person who thinks the Silly Season shows how easy journalism can be? How's this for a non-story

Well, if it does spread, it could potentially be a story in the week, so I guess they didn't want to not say anything.
With online writing, you need to create a pre-trail, so that when you come to a "main event" you've past pages to link back to..... creates a bit of a "hot spot" of keywords and linking for search engine purposes.
It's not about giving news ... it's about keeping your stats high, keeping/creating traffic, so you can show the visitor charts to advertisers to charge higher rates.0
