Thought I'd better take some photos of butterflies before the gales arrive. Though they say it's going to be a pretty gorgeous day tomorrow... I can always take more photos then anyway. Didn't get any small tortoiseshells yet, just red admiral and peacock.

Also had a dentist visit today. Unplanned. £95 a bit that had fallen out stuck back in. I could have done it myself with superglue for £3!
Oddly the receptionist whispers to me that the other dentist is also good and a whole lot cheaper. Thought that a bit unprofessional.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I really need to find a dentist. I've lived here a while now and I feel one tooth is dicey where I have a filling that's been refilled twice
I want that thing they said would roll out in next few years that makes our own teeth heal. But unless I get it fixed might be no tooth to heal I suppose..
I don't mind dentists at all, just, it can trigger quite a lot of pain, which if also don't mind that much I suppose. Just paying for the priviledge seems perverse!0 -

You can already buy toothpaste that is meant to remineralise your teeth. You could try that until your bravery badge kicks in.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. It's not bravery, regretfully.
Its a mixture of knowing I can get there, finding one with a good rep locally and opening my creaking purse.
I use remineralising toothpaste. I'm not sure it does that much. I also love tepe brushes.0 -
With your diet, fitness and dental work so advanced do you have a 'vision' or goal for what you want/expect from the remodelled tomterm?
Er... not really. That's too organised for me:D...“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”
