When Gen said "part 1" ... I don't think it was an invitation to contribute "part 2"
    :)

    I've been Money Tipped!
I am officially taking a nap.

Unofficially I'm too tired to socialise.

On beds, dreams had an extra 20% off the other day. I went & ordered this:

I strolled round examining mattresses, & found one that was £650 in the clearance going for £305. Liked it, so went for it. When they billed me, the mattress was on their system for £149, & they honoured it!

All in all, saved about £250!

So, £320 for that rather smart bed! Is the huge under-bed drawer included in that price?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

In-of-the-deed, as DS says. We have loads of made-up words in our family. Some of them make sense; some don't.

All very nice, in theory.... but four of those storage boxes under the bed = 4x£60= £240 .... when my whole ideal bed spend would be £180-200.

That would probably have been on the radio at some point when my mum was changing my nappies :rotfl:

    Arrrgh!

PS: Generali's secret ageist shame: the first CV I received from someone who was born in the 90s I binned just because that was when she was born. I got no further than her DoB.

One day I will share my secret racist shame. AKA "They all look the same". **not proud of myself smilie**

... but .... all gingers do .... and all skinheads ... and all goths .... and all old men.

Beyond the headline description, you can then only break it down to: tall/short, fat/thin, bald/not, glasses/not.

So I don't see a problem .... if they do/for those that do.... and they do :)

So, I was having a little self-satisfied moment.... I'd tidied up a corner and cleaned something out ... and taken two big boxes into the shed (ready for the tip) .... and I didn't even manage to sit down before the side window blind unpeeled itself from the inner tube before my very eyes! I'd pulled it all the way out/down to stop it being sucked into the recess/out of the window from any through draught.

What a nuisance..... got the ladder out though and "fixed" that straight away.
