Ta muchly LiR. It's 2am here and, as the TdF is over, it's beddy bo byes for me.

We can chat about this over the next few days perhaps. Being able to pay to have someone help us get through life could be helpful.

Ice skating was great fun BTW, great. The Girl made a friend of an older child who taught her to skate. The Girl can start an argument in an empty room and also could make a friend in an empty room.

She really is very amazing. I said so the day she was born. I don't know why. I think she'll end up as Queen of somewhere or something.

So my final punts are Brazil 2-0 and Germany 0-0 on penalties. These are not actually my predictions but based on my guess as to what everyone else has predicted and a bit of modelling - never let an economist take part in a football prediction competition.
    I think....

Doozer has no real care for road or place names but insists on asking me for directions to places. I have to start the journey from home to keep him on track as he barely registers landmarks.

I did try today by telling him to follow a road and turn left at Bell End. I thought he might know where that is. :rotfl: It was a fail.

In the past I have told him to follow S Road into town to have him ask where S Road is. We lived on it at the time.

We've also got the test drive of an electric van for four days. It only has two seats so he can only use it when he's alone, really, as we have a family. He's just driven off alone in my Mini. Free fuel van is on the drive, still.

Exactly as I predicted, the Dutch aren't up for it whereas Brazil are keen to restore some pride and with Silva back they will have a defence again....

How will that work when taking a team to places like the job in London?

Watching T in the Park after getting angry at the programme about planned obsolescence. Am more and more conbvinced computers peaked ten years ago and everything since is a waste of time and money(well I swear it's true from macs).

Speaking of unplanned obsolescence, What with the last Ramone dying yesterday, I'm worried Paolo Nutini doesn't look healthy. Saw him close up at the Jools Holland show and it's hard to believe he's only 10 years older than DS. The 27 club's full enough, we don't need him in it as well. :(.

I decided I didn't want to eat tonight so DH decided he wanted pizza. He so etimes gets pizza from a place in a town on the way home from furthest train station, where they are Italian and they laugh and chat in Italian and they love DH and give him extra things and he has to tell them how much like Italy they taste.

He decided to try one in the county town we are near tonight, it had a suitably realistic Italian sounding name and DH called and asked ' are you Italian' and the guy said in a weird accent ' yes , we are real Italians' so.....DH started speaking in Italian and the guy said,.....un, well, I am italian but I don't understand Italian. And let the accent drop ;)

DH ordered anyway, so as not to be racist, but they got his order wrong, and used a sort of cheddar instead of mozzarella . DH said they certainly didn't look in the least Italian, or European, or Mediterranean either.
