Yesterday was very busy,and also a spend day.I managed to get a few presents at half-price,and one or two 'want,not need' items for myself.:eek:

I'm so confident that today will be non-spendy,that I'm already declaring #8.

Number 4 NSD in the Cauldron of Doom! Spendy day tomorrow, but a few more NSDs have been spotted on the distant horizon....Igor! Unleash the Narglehounds!

I may not be at the level of the Masters/Mistresses of Ennessdee, who just have to blink and a crowd of adoring NSDs fall at their feet, but in my little corner of the universe it's slow and sneaky what wins the race! (Igor! Have you won back that golden laurel crown yet? We need to get some copies made as there are one or two NSD gang members here on a higher level who deserve their reward for contributing so many NSDs to the cause!)

And while you're here, Igor, how are preps going for the NSD gang chariot races tomorrow?
The Coliseum is set up and the lanes are marked out? Good!
All the NSD gang have got their chariots washed and polished, and their horses/ponies/donkeys/zebras/Irish Wolfhounds brushed and ready in harness? Good!

Jackie O said what???? She isn't going to waste a precious NSD by hiring a horse for the day, so will her grandchildren's rocking horse do instead????

And did cw really use the excuse of a broken arm to hire that Roman Gladiator to drive her chariot for her? That buff, hunky, well-fit bodybuilder-type Roman Gladiator? Hmmmm, anyone fancy their arm breaking?

Tell Knitwitch to hurry up knitting the laurel crowns for the contestants, and see if marmite and kerri have sorted out the half time entertainment.

That only leaves the food side of things.......you have a menu sorted? I rather thought you might....:(:eek:
