Last checked in on Sunday, just before coming away on a 13 day walking holiday.
Spent on non-allowable items before leaving home, but not on my 4 mile walk after arriving.
Monday I went out on an 8 mile walk, and about 5 miles in lost my footing. Came 'home' having spent nothing, but with a very sore wrist. Ended up with a friend driving an 80 mile round trip to take me to A&E (closest to where I'm staying is a few minutes from her), then staying at her place overnight before going back to hospital to have my wrist manipulated the next morning. I've broken my right wrist, and as with most things I've done it well..... it's a baaaad break, and they may still decide (at any point in the first 3 weeks) to operate to insert a pin  So my Dad picked me up from the hospital on Tuesday (after I'd had a Mr T meal deal for lunch, which would have cost me an NSD but it already wasn't due to a D/Debit), brought me back to holiday location, stayed over, ran me back to hospital yesterday, then to Mr A for some clothes (can't manage a lot of what I brought one-handed and brought minimal planning to hand wash a couple of times - no washing machine here) which means no NSD for Wednesday. He's staying with me until tomorrow, when OH will be joining me for the rest of the holiday (has always been booked for him to do so, but he can't get short notice leave easily so would have been nigh on impossible for him to come up early).
So..
Sunday : spendy
Monday : #3

Wednesday : spendy

cw18 sorry to hear about your accident. I always thought exercise was dangerous!
Today I've been to visit my new school. I bought everything I needed for lunch yesterday and then went and left half of it at OHs. Still had enough to get through the day though as post 'important visitors' treats had been brought in by more than one person. This means that today has been NSD #3! (though only because I forgot I needed to go to town and buy a birthday present for my dad on the way home oops!NSDs January - 3/8 2017 total - 3

Gonna declare yesterday as NSD 5 due to only a very small spend on essential stamps and food.
Now the weekend has hit I fear some non-essential spending is about to be unleashed! Should be fun thoughStarting 2016 debt-free

Talking of which, have you been training Hubert? Show me.....ahh......erm......hate to say this, Igor, but I think you'll find it is not permissible to enter a donkey on roller skates into the chariot races.......
Ah,but these are his pink,sparkly,stiletto-heeled,Starowski-bejeweled,bling-bling pair!Come again, not appropriate footwear...?Ok,I know that he can't gallop in them, but they look nice, and that's all that matters to Hubert....:DI do like what Igor has done to bling up the NSD chariot though, go faster stripes, fat exhaust and uv lights underneath the carriage....very ummm.....boy racer.
