Middle Lane Hoggers - I hate them!

My post was quite simple really and it follows the HC. I said middle lane hoggers are simply incompetent drivers on a motorway. By middle lane hogger, I mean a driver who remains in the middle lane longer than necessary thus reducing a 3 lane motorway into a two lane one.

The competent motorway driver will be able to judge when to use lane 2 based on the traffic in lane one, how fast it is travelling, and the distances between each vehicle.

It is simple as far as i'm concerned :cool:

Or just if they're in the way, and you have to use the third lane.

You mean an incompetent driver hogging the middle lane doing 60? Well that may be a tad tricky if your'e driving a coach as you are not allowed in lane 3!

Ah so you kindly 'fixed' my post for me, then when challenged appear to agree with my points. Let me 'fix' your post for you :

The middle lane is only for overtaking slower moving vehicles travelling in the inside lane so why oh why do so many drivers spend almost all their journey in that lane.

.....because people like YOU won't let those of us to DO move over to the LHS back into the middle lane again when we come up against a slower moving vehicle a mile down the road and want to overtake.
I just pull out anyway - same from slip roads on to dual carriageway with no hard shoulder and watch the fury in the rear mirror......
