Hi, just a late quickie. sorry I haven't read today's thread but hugs to anyone needing one.
I returned to school yesterday and I'm exhausted! The pleurisy hasn't completely cleared up yet as I still have pains in my back but I break up tomorrow for the summer hols so I'll have planty of time to rest then.
My day wasn't as chaotic as yours Hardup Hester but I've experienced similarly weird events at school...parents fighting, intruders etc At the moment morale is quite low at my school for various reasons, so I'm hoping we'll all return in September refreshed and more postive.
One piece of good news is that I've been given my threshold status, which basically means I had to fill in loads of stupid forms saying how great I was at my job so that I could be given a pay rise. I could have applied for this ages ago but I've been so annoyed about this pointless process which was another government idea.:mad:
