asda also do a 27p maralade, and i have frozen the lemon curd in small plastic tubs when i was desperate for jars, to mean to waste it even if it was cheaper than buying jars..:D0 -

soft fruits I dont cook first and boil for roughly 6 mins then test then if needed boil for another 2 mins..

I think lemon curd you can mix into cakes - Ill do some googling
OK, found lemon curd muffins from BBCGood Food which uses lemon curd in the middle and on the top as well, so that should use up some of your lemon curd mountain
