One thought for you. If you find this all too stressful, you can contact these people, who are respected on the forum. For £16 they will sort it all for you.

We try to get people to do it themselves, but occasionally some do find it just too difficult. I know £16 is a lot of money to you, but it is much less than what they are asking and might make life easier for you.
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.

Who is the registered keeper of the car, and who is the blue badge issued to? Important for the NTK.

Why should "Your Dad" "Throw you out" cause youve got a parking ticket?.

That's what I was checking, all the correspondence will go to the registered keeper, so he'll never need to even know.

    Maddoglady,

Just want to add support to this thread and reassure you that you do not need to get worked up about this attempt to extort money from you.

You will receive excellent advice on here, particularly from Coupon-Mad who excels in matters regarding disability and BB spaces. Just look at her post count!

Your Dad sounds like a piece of work. I know that if any of my grown-up children had a problem like this I would only be sympathetic and bursting to help them fight off these odious attempts to wring money from the vulnerable.

Just chillax and follow the excellent advice you'll get on this forum.

UPDATE....got the notice to keeper from euro car parks today.Under breach of terms and conditions it says "failure to adhere to signage on site", and that the outstanding balance is now £100, within 28 days of the date of the letter (which is dated 9 days ago already). Now what?

Maddoglady, was this in Buckinghamshire by any chance?
If so I think I may know where you are talking about and the signage is non existent I think, I could look for you tomorrow if it's where I think?
