I have read it,honest, but still so scared...you don't understand if my dad finds out about this, he'll throw me out. I need to get this cancelled or prem inn pay it.

Hmmm OK, sounds a bit ridiculous of Dad but who am I to comment except I am a Mum of four and that sounds aggressive to me (and stupid, reminds me of a relative who threw his daughter out aged 16 but that's another story!). So to stop 'angry Dad' seeing any letters about it at all, why not send the template first appeal you've seen in the NEWBIES thread now but give a DIFFERENT postal address and admit you were the driver. Give a friend's postal address or a relative or your workplace/college as your address (somewhere that you can receive letters until we help you get this cancelled).

You would just need to amend the template to say 'I am the driver and...' (instead of 'I am the registered keeper') and put your postal address as the one you want to receive the replies to. That way, they have to reply to you as driver and will never get your home address.

DO NOT PHONE UP PREMIER INN. DO THE COMPLAINT BY EMAIL OR LETTER BECAUSE IT'S NO GOOD RANTING IF YOU GET UPSET ON THE PHONE.

Please confirm to us the full name of the Private parking Company (PPC).

There is no such company, surely, we've never heard of them.

OMG. Please...just tell us what the firm's name is! It's not 'Europ Parking' and if it is then certainly DO NOT APPEAL as they don't exist!

    nobody accused you of lying

all they said is that we have never heard of this parking company , so that indicates they are not registered with the 2 trade bodies that deal with these things

you can check the name against the BPA and the IPC websites yourself, to see if they are members

please dont be so paranoid, we are trying to help you, not call you a liar

If this is Euro Car Parking (no extra "p") then there is no need to panic. They do not "do" court and have no rights to be issuing demands in this situation.

Before you do anything else, sit down, chill, have a cup/glass/mug of tea/coffee/beer/wine/vodka - whichever is your "settler" of choice and look at something nice and peaceful. This is not anything major - even if it seems that way at the moment.

And we are just trying to help but you will need to follow our advice. We know it works even if it sounds a bit daunting. Coupon_mad has helped numerous people in the same - and sometimes a lot worse - situation than yours. So bear with us.

It would help us to know exactly which company has issued the notice to you. This is because there are many similarly named companies and some of them are not members of any recognised body and so from that point of view can be told where to go.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Tell them that if they do not get this ticket cancelled you will put a scathing review on TripAdvisor.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
