Same letter states a terms and condition change to the "notices" clause in all contracts, you have 31 days to accept these terms and conditions or get out of contract free as im doing now. hope that helps0

Can people who have sky only but not internet and or phone, get the new sky sports 5 channel, if so how?
have sky sports btw.:footie:0 -
OH says yes as long as you're a Sky Sports subscriber, which your post suggests you are.
Possibly via your account on their website, but you may need to phone them. OH has phone and b/band as well, so can't tell by logging into his account.Cheryl0 -
I received my letter today. I signed up in March for 25 months paying 25 pound.
I have received a letter stating that my bill will be 4 pound extra.
Unfortunately, I can't really do anything about it, it would seem.0 -

chatted with them on webchat and they re-assured me I would not be included in the price hike.0 -

I would take that with a pinch of salt or at least take a screen shot of that conversation because it seems chatting to them on web chat they don't always give you the correct information. I'll be amazed if you aren't affected by the price increase as I was told ALL customers will be affected by it. I was given a special discounted offer only a few weeks ago with no mention of the price increase yet I'm told I will be it by it so I cancelled.0 -

Whilst I was it, I got money back off on the box office too as I certainly did not agree with the price charged. That was amended on my bill straight away, so hopefully regarding the 4 pound a month, I wont be charged.0 -
I made the mistake of joining Sky on the 27/06/2014 and received confirmation that my price will increase by £4.00 per month on the 13th July. A whole 16 days my contract was live before they raised the price taking effect from September!
I have raised a complaint and explained that I will cancel the direct debit in August if they have not agreed to remove the increase. At no point during the sales process did they mention they have the right to raise the price so early into the contract. I was quoted my repayments for the next year and took that on good faith that they were "fixed".
If they want to take me to court, I will let them because this is clearly miss-selling in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over their competition by "appearing" to be cheaper.
Avoid Sky at all costs - disgusting company to do business with!0 -

They are not going to do that and the only thing it will do is harm your own credit rating.I was quoted my repayments for the next year and took that on good faith that they were "fixed
Why would you assume they were fixed? Very few things are fixed deals. If they want to take me to court, I will let them because this is clearly miss-selling in an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over their competition by "appearing" to be cheaper.
Sky always raise their prices in September and a bit more research before buying would have discovered that. They have not missold anything.Avoid Sky at all costs - disgusting company to do business with!
They're not any better or any worse than any other company.0
