S48A/48B Sale of Goods Act - can require seller to repair or replace the goods if they don't conform with the contract. There is no provision to demand a refund.

    Sorry nobby.

Cool story. Cue more back slapping from other dealers.

Did a car dealer once run off with a girlfriend or boyfriend of yours? Or perhaps ran over your foot?

Don't reckon many of your cars would have moved that far, once they got out of the gates to your lockup. :rotfl:

He wont comment on anything that differs from his "unique" view of the world.

Easier to try to undermine other people and their views rather than find evidence to support your own.

I worked with a guy like this years ago - he was fairly poor at his job and not very likeable but instead of trying to be better he would use every opportunity to undermine us to our boss, rather than actually try to improve himself. Needless to say our boss saw through that very quickly. I think hes still in that same role 20 years on, though the rest of us moved onwards and upwards. Sad really.

That story I do believe. Customers are a"spaz" and you"ll dump the knackered car you sold them onto double yellow lines. I've no doubt motorguy will be slapping you on the back again shortly!

It was a perfect car when it left our site.. He chose to never bother checking his oil level. The state of his PX was shocking, so wasnt really surprised when he turned up on a tow rope with the AA guy saying "no oil, turbo failure..".

Also noticed he had three bald tyres when it turned up.

He soon moved the car when he had a parking ticket issued and the warranty company refused to payout as he'd gone 8000 OVER the service schedule..

My sexuality is a problem? Is being gay an. Issue with you? You seem to believe it's a term if abuse still. Not homophobic are you? Bit sad in this day and age.

No, quite the contrary. I wouldnt be so narrow minded to assume that you could only be hetrosexual.

Sorry you're so touchy about it. Have you not been "out" long?
