I remember walking into my very own house and dancing round with my arms held out, enjoying all the lovely space (soon to be filled with my family's clutter, but hey, never mind about that).Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

It has been a long few days and I think I will sleep like a log tonight, despite having no curtains! :rotfl: Everything is complete chaos, somehow we seem to have moved with 2 binliners of washing, just as the weather has changed to torrential, at the last minute I decided our dining table won't fit in the new house, and the old house is going to need a day worth of cleaning (Monday) but all the beds are up, we had chips for dinner and the rabbit doesn't seem too freaked out. :T
In a startling display of competence, the internet and phone have been connected on the day they were supposed to be! :eek:
Can't wait to start on the spreadsheets, but there is a lot of unpacking and some more purchases to be made before then. Looking forward to catching up with everyone's diaries too! First of all, a hot shower, some cava, and a good night's sleep!
