    Removal arranged for 1st August
    Recyling collection of fridge and washer rearranged for 4th August
    Carpet measuring all done and quoted
    Carpet fitting rebooked for 31st July
    Virgin media canceled turned off! :eek:
    New broadband etc rebooked for 1st August

    Things to do Now!!
    PACK EVERYTHING!
    Tidy garden and sort out pots Done!
    Arrange freecycle listing of old hutch and other bits Hutch is listed
    Sort things for charity shops Took a bag this morning!
    Book oven clean Booked for 31st July
    Arrange mail direction booked for 5th August
    Cancel gas/elec
    Advise new elec
    Advise water
    Arrange life insurance
    Order new sofa being delivered 5th August, cushions, curtains, curtain rails, desk, bookshelf, microwave, tv stand
    Arrange collection of old sofa Booked for 4th August
    Advise council tax

    After completion
    Book handyman for curtain rails
    Disconnect old washer and clean old fridge
    Empty freezer
    Buy/have fitted dishwasher

    Hope you are really enjoying today despite the inevitable stress that the day is bound to bring.
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
  • Today was the day and I now have the keys!! Tense right up to the last minute but it did all get sorted! Still loads to do ahhhhh. Chilling with a glass of wine, tomorrow will be manic!
