Glad you got it sorted, if the landowner cancels it. Trouble is you will very likely be back here when you get PE's letter demanding £50 or £75 'admin fees'. You could end up back at square one but at least I have shown you how to write a 'without prejudice' offer letter if you have to. YOU MUST still respond to the LBCCC though, please, please do not leave it up to the third party, you must respond and you can say the landowner (name them) is cancelling it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Wow! Moaning Me - you sound very much like a troll/someone who has deliberately tried to upset people who are helping fight parking companies and helping them to win. It feels like you are deliberately trying to spike the drinks!

Perhaps the responses are not as eloquent as YOU would like but your responses to formers has been nasty....that you have excused yourself by calling it a "retaliation" to responses you decided to have an issue with. Grow up!!!

And if you are not a troll, step back and see your own paranoias are a reflection of your own life. Step back and start seeing good in people.

I wish you well and happiness in life and may you one day be able to walk in a positive light.

I am not trying to beat the system , nor do I have any problem with ageism or any OAP`s apart from where people think they deserve respect or special treatment without earning that right or qualifying for it under the law (like the EA2010 for example)

people like miller , harris , travis , smith , talbot , savile and hall to name but a few thought they had respect or trust etc , only for us to find that it was misplaced and not justified and that their age or gender does not allow them to be above the law

so I believe we fight injustice no matter what the age , gender , creed , colour or other aspects of those who face injustice , including myself , but I believe there are some cases more important where the law has been actually broken , like the EA 2010 for example

    as can be seen here

as just a few examples of injustice , some maybe be pensioners , others may be nursing mothers or pregnant , some may have had a stroke and have loved ones dealing with their issues for them , others are disabled children where they have parents or guardians having motability cars in order to help them go to school or shop or whatever

in this case I believe the OP had an injustice done at popla due to popla failing to rule on this case in a fair and just manner (due to them banning issues like mitigation and the EA 2010 etc) but the OP didnt do the research or read the popla website correctly before putting in the appeal (which has nothing to do with education or gender as I am sure we can all read english if we can write it)

I hope this OP gets the landowner to cancel the ticket , but also takes steps to stop it happening again, or will know what to do if and when they get another ticket (like in Aldi or Wickes or Asda or on an M.S.A. etc)

the point is that when asking for help dont make assumptions , state the facts and quit moaning as it does no good , a paramedic wont criticise your driving whilst treating you at a crash scene , neither will the trauma doctor in casualty) - BUT its important to dwell on telling them the facts only and not spend an hour complaining about young male drivers etc distracting them from treating you , or telling them how bad the NHS is whilst they want you to shut up whilst in the CT scanner

deal with the issues and learn from it , that is what I have done over the last 12 months in this particular field

ps:- I had your offensive post removed by the forum admin staff and asked them to advise me if any of my posts broke the rules , all I can see is one post removed so far, and not any of mine , so i believe I stayed within the rules , albeit my posts are blunt and to the point (which they always are and always will be - no tea and cakes from me , lol) - but factual (and possibly cold too)

no need to leave the forum , just bear in mind what you have learned from this unfortunate saga
