From what I remember it was a bigger screen to the left showing a red 40 and red triangle with an ! In the middle I didn't see anything above the lanes until a bit further down the road when I saw all 4 lane screens showing the white and black national speed limit sign

It did kinda look like that clip art but it was on a black background as it was on one of those electronic screens

Some of these can display an enforceable limit, but are not usually linked to speed cameras.



I didn't see anything like that above the lanes would they still of put what I saw on the screen to the left if this had been above the lanes?

Yes....

This sort of thing. Newer one have better "graphics" and multi-colour capability. (I couldn't find a picture of one of those).



edit: Here's one from Holland (can't imagine what the graphic means - maybe beware of stoner drivers).

It was kind of like that but a bigger screen with better graphics and red instead of orange

The only things that's worrying me is a little down the road it had the national speed limit sign in all screens across the lanes would they have had that if the speed limit was only shown on big screen?
