Had to laugh at the chickens and the dogs - Joyce at the farm has chickens and a thriving farm gate egg business (tourists absolutely love seeing a field of happy chickens scratching around). I once drove past to see a chicken chasing a calf, who looked as if he couldn't quite work out why he was running away from it!0

I'm bad at that:rotfl: - mine is just our magic ratio repeated over and over and over again - 0.5 plate greens - 0.25 plate protein - 0.25 plate starch - some herbs/spices/healthy fats thrown in for good measure - of course using up all the red stickered items as we go along & trying not to have the same thing twice in one week (all whilst keeping to the meagre budget!)...;)
