Ace desk and a nice tour roubd your cheery garden
GP! Lovely to see you lass, missed your cheerfulness! Your diary pops up every now and again with someone asking how you're doing. Hope all good x0 -
Morning lands isn't it super to see Greying. Mila meet Greying.
So far I've rescued a rook from the chicken netting, hens have refused their breakfast and I've rescued a thrush from the kitchen.
Today is seems is the day of the mad birds.
I need a cuppa.
Garden later. I was asleep probably before 10pm. This gardening malarkay is a bit exhausting. Another 9 hours today then I'm done for the week.
Breakfast and a cuppa.
The desk hasn't grown over night. I dont' think I've ever owned anything so swanky. I do like second hand stuff, has more life about it some how.
Banks etc to do too.
I took a chicken out of the freezer last night, reduced obviously. I don't know why its not on this weeks list. LOL.
Tom Yum soup I made last night is here. Or at least largely based on this. I used HM chick stock and lemon grass frozen from a 12p booty. Some chicken, prawns and some chicken dumplings, rangy spring onions and loaded it with shredded wild garlic.
Was yum.
You see what you did there greying you made me find the recipe like you would do!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Garden wages from last week are in.
I'll do a timesheet today.
£47.20 for bb and phone. I really must look at switching Martin did a great article on it last week, its just a bit scary. But its far too expensive.
We're with BT anyone switched.
No money in for the extra contract work but I only did the invoice end of last week.
Was a heavy trip away - even with cheap rooms and DH helped with the second night. Petrol spends were over £100. Pesky desk.
£50 to DD uni saver until its time to transfer. Need a sit down with her and do a budget as she's staying in the capital for the summer and has a wee p/t job.
I know awesome huh. I kind of want to do the 'OK' you can manage now speech, but need to see what the reality of her 'working' means for her. Looks like she's got some help with extra folks sharing flat over summer so that will reduce bills.
All good.
DS has exam today 2 of 3 - fingers crossed. He's home at the end of the month.
WOOP. I get my furniture back.
£5 to one card a wee PAD
£80 to the one with the petrol (£100) and the hotel (£42) on it.
There were other spends to add up too.
Wages now gone. Overdraft is largely used up again.
£45 OD left in one account
£36 OD left in the other but we've had less.
And, I guess its chicken for tea.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Just thought better let u know, dad lost his battle with cancer on Friday. I know it was expected eventually, still a shock to the system x
So sorry to hear your news - expected or not, it's impossible to prepare for the reality of something like that, I think. Treat yourself kindly. x🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

*waves at Greying* good to see you lovely - glad you're ok!
Stripes I did have to chuckle at you taking a chicken out of the freezer....took me a second to realise that you didn't mean that one of the girls had climbed in when you weren't looking! :rotfl:
Hurrah to the boy heading home soon-ish - knowing him he'll get his sensible head on now about where he goes next in life.
