ooo - GP has been lurking!:D
Welcome back to MSE land - we've missed you!
Pips - I've got desk envy! it's beautious!
We have missed her haven't we.
My lovely desk was sweat equity from the flat.
Nice old OH and was a bargain until I had to go and retrieve it.
Madder still is that I can't get into my paid domain website. You know the one I can use to develop and sell stuff.
I've emailed the IT lady who developed it - trawlled through emails can't find a way of getting in either.

Sometimes we call Tea dinner too. Lifes quite fun isn't it.
Today well i need a plan as it could easily be spent doing not much.
Plants in the ground is a priority.
[STRIKE]Washing needs done.[/STRIKE]
At least one room a 15 minute blast
Work on weeding rota for the garden at home (we do this at work) I'm trying to do a 'fly lady' for the garden type approach. *not letting my perfectionism get in the way.**
Mutts need a walk
Tomato plants to retreave from the local growing place, they do a great job when I'm just too busy
Grow bags - source cheapest and buy around 15 I think.
[STRIKE]Hens to clean out[/STRIKE]
Need top up the house wood but not chopped any lately might do some wood later
Not really needing much in the way of a top up shop might hit the COOP later and snargle the reduced sections for fodder.
Various windows to clean here - must start them.
Bathroom got a clean last night after bath, need to do the wee loo
Put clothes away
think aobut moving sofa which has been ousted by the desk. (Living room?)
[STRIKE]Cook that chicken, it never made it in the oven last night.
Banks
CC's
Arrange to talk to DD about budget now she's working
Arrange to go to DS for his stuff next week I guess?
[/STRIKE]Write up what folks we went on holiday with owe me and email them.
Indoor mowing.
I'm sure there will be more.

Morning lands
Great chat with mortgage man seems we can reduce the term and maybe lock into a low rate for 2 or 3 or 5 years.% with a facility to overpay Having a wee think and will do some research on here too.
£7.11 spent at the COOP largely reduced veg/fruit and some stock cubes (posh 15p) and milk (35p/litre) so got 4 of each of those and some mutt fud. DH also popped some chocolate in. Sneaky thing.
Soup is on from yesterdays chicken with some barley so that will get sorted for lunches next week.
Sun's in and out so thinking a garden day today largely. Washing is on and the hens are fed.
Lovely walk last night at the local NTS property which isn't locked at night. I prefer the woods and garden at night less chance of being disturbed.
Bonnie it was too. They've some veg plants for sale I think I'll walk over there later.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

I've decided to do an edible audit.
We have
Tayberry or Logan/and or one of each x 1
Apples x 2
Blackberries x 4
Gooseberry (blush) x 1
Redcurrant x 1
Blackcurrant x 1
Nameless currant x 1
Rhubarb from up north x 1
Elder x 1
Hazels (purple) x 7 (Hedge)
Herbs
Thyme - looking a bit dejected
Sage recovering well 1 large/small
Chives - going nuts
Garlic wild - loads nuts
Mints last time I counted 14 diff types
Had garlic chives - they've not appeared yet
Have angelica/sweet cicely too
Fennel x 2
I'd like to add basil, lemon verbena and a few others to this but not sure yet.
Hoping to grow this year
Toms - I have 4 indeterminates given by a neighbour and will probably aim to plant about 20 bush plants some normal, some cherry, some plum.
Courgettes
Squashes
Marrows
Basil
Onions red and normal
Shallots x 2 kinds
Peas - in with the sweetpea frames, yes probably unwise but the pods are so different and I want the mixed interest.
Beans - runner again probably they filled up a gap nicely maybe some others too
Spinach we've got perpetual and when the hens stop scoffing it there's a whole bed of it.

OK I think we can safely add two mini (all female) cucumbers to the list.
And, at £1.50 a pot, I don't mind supporting local businesses.
Yes, I could have germinated them myself, but I didn't.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Housekeeping money in tomorrow so guess should do a wee tott up.
£10 pad to the cc will clear the food/petrol one when I get the housekeeping money.

What is this sun of which you speak?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Cold & cloudy here - OH even had his ski jacket on while doing BBQ breakfast - bottom of the fridge omelet again - left over onion, tomato, pak choi - topped with fresh spring onions & melty cow blue cheese triangles - YUM!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (24 OCT 2016)(With heartfelt thanks to those who have gone before us & their indubitable generosity.)...and now I have a mortgage! (23 AUG 2021)New projection - 14 YEARS 8 MONTHS LEFT OF 20 YEARS (reduced by 16 mths)Psst...I may have started a diary!0 -
Explain this BBQ to me is it fixed or a free standing one and are ski jackets optional.
I'm intrigued by cooking most meals ootside when its baultik. It sounds lush!
And we did have a whole day of sun yesterday.unusual I know.
Bit temperamental today too.
Phones packed up and heading for the post - less clutter.
Deciding what to do about DS bed (nice but freecycle) and his coffee table (nice but free from a chum) they'll take up car space and they're not needed here but don't want to be brutal.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
