OK.
Yorkies are nefarious little seducers!
I made them for the first time last week and FOUR found their way into my mouth. And I had been so good for a lot of years in not eating breads.
Next time, and there will be a next time:D, I will freeze the leftovers immediately!!Overprepare, then go with the flow.

Mmmm - fakeaway invention sounds really nice!
Yesterday was 'bottom of the fridge omelet' day! - decluttered some chopped onion, ripe baby tomatoes, 1/2 head of lettuce, and some pancetta - into a scrummy spanish omelet sprinkled with crumbled Danish Blue from our cheese adventures the other day. (Well in reality OH did this - but I take credit for the creative genius part!)

That sauce that you're not keen on Stripes - lovely as it was of someone to give it to you, if you're not keen on it, and bearing in mind that you're not on the breadline, life really is probably too short to eat it, you know? I know about food waste and all that, but honestly - bin it, your freezer space is too valuable to take up with stuff that's going to make your heart sink at the thought of "having to" eat it.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Or I could just eat spinach, nothing you can say will make me actually eat them.

There's a great wild garlic and goats cheese tart I've been shared.

Any cheese will do (and any greens RT). :rotfl:milasavesmoney wrote: »Yorkies are nefarious little seducers!

I may need a lie down after this week.
worked only 20.25 hours in garden as took a sickie one afternoon and went home and slept, no idea what was wrong but I'm good now. Bit of a 50 quid pay cut this week then. But I do feel better.
Desk is still awol, so awol that I think we're driving down to help it escape from the shonky delivery place (Insert a grr here)
DD has a job - yes I needed a lie down after that announcement too - well done her.
DS has two exams and then he's finished. Where did the last 4 years go.
Working out when to get him home and how with all the 'stolen' furniture he has.
I got asked if I'd be interested in a new project at work today, something about social enterprises (right up my street). So I said I'd do some research. Does stand on my own social enterprise toes a bit, but will see what I can share without curdling my own glass of milk. Pondersome.
Need to beg mother to have the mutts for desk break out - although I did cut down three of her trees and didnt' get any tea so she owes me I think.
Next two days are at home working/pottering.
Phew. Aside the lack of funds for a meh afternoon, I guess its all good.
Spent the week butchering hellebores and the spoils are lots of plants lurking in with the hellebores so I've a few things to plant.
They are also getting rid of a border at work, so there are spoils there too for the taking as its all being composted. Must remember to take some from the heap before it dries out or moves to the funeral pile.
At least one egg a day so that's also not bad.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
