Morning lands.
how's life today.
Here is a slow start had another bad nights sleep restless.
New soggy day here though.
I've a bit of work to do (paid) and some straightening up to do with house and fridge.
Walked 13971 steps yesterday work was busy and then walked mutts after.
Been following starnacs advice and using myfitnesspal - I def over eat and am a snacking fiend of olympic measure.
Have to confess to going to Sparkles new shop in town when on way home and getting some reduced bits (60p tatties, 1.10 turkey strips and some meringues 40p) and some nice bread (1.70 eek and some dim sum £3) well I did have a hard day.
Must do banks etc as been woefully lacking.
Ds wants me to proofread his draft project plan for his dissertation and I've a few online bits to do for wombles. Also a christmas article to write for 'greener' xmas. But did one last year for paper so will see if I can pamper that one and recycle it.
Kettle on, stove on, washing machine on.
Will get that job thingmy open and have a look. Didn't go for the one in BG - like gien said best to do what you're strong at and I'd only be grumpy I wasn't doing research if I was based there.you might see a fair bit of me today.

Recycling articles is definately keeping with a "greener" christmas :rotfl:
That's quite a few steps you walked yesterday. Reminds me to get my pedometer back on. I seem to walk more when I've got it on as I want to see my number go up. Sad right?

Well doen on all the table sorting yesterday (or not in my case) and the general fly lady stuff.
When was the last time you cleaned your front door? Well, get a bucket full of hot soapy water and a sponge and banish the dust and cobwebs from your front door. I would recommend spraying or wiping the door handles with some disinfectant, and I will remind you of this little gem throughout the season. Make sure to open the door and get the frame, too!
Thank the sky the rain is going to do this for me today - so I will give it a go - the rain can rinse it.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Did a quick once over in the kitchen - 15 mins and the bathroom 10 mins.
Living room had a quick tidy up and a brush/sort out of carpet.
Heading out to meet a chum soon eaten a mushroom (reduced) omelette and two eggs used up.
When you don't use fat etc to cook its hard to quantify calories. So I'm just logging ingredients is that fair? Universe please do let me know.
Since moving in with himself its blissful, revoltingly lovey but we do eat a lot so I'm trying to keep an eye on non-feast days.
Steps this am 3213 but I'm only doing bursts will walk the mutts later.
Waiting on machine kitchen is cosy so I want to get the airer loaded up in here.
Ds project plan read will proof and feedback later. I never change anything just tell him when he's talking carp.
Beanie have a hug for those baddies in our families.
£466.30 invoiced and emailed. Article updated and off for proofing. Jobs a good un.
Gien why do you mush things up in test tubes - seems quite cruel.
