£25 petrol yesterday also ended up out for a curry with OH's newly returned sister from over the pond. She's just moved back home with her hubby for a new life.
No spends for me OH takes care of the treats.....low calories lunches and brekkie, no snacks so hoping fish curry etc wasn't too calory-tast-tic or I will continue to not fit my jeans.**
12072 steps.
Went to see a pal and scored 5 bananas and a bag of langoustines. Not a bad haul. Long dog walk and natter. Free cuppa. All good.
Late home though and not much sleep. Tired today. Lunches done, hens done, dogs refusing to get up.

With cold weather at our doorstep, let's make sure our winter coats, boots, hats, and gloves are all accounted for and fit properly. Clean out anything from the summer months that have been thrown in there, so you do not have to dig for the winter items.

Well hello world.
Yesterday was 21615 steps (wowser) pedometer didn't fall offand I had a busy work day and two dog walks.
Scales say I've lost a pound this week, lets hope its not money.
I know I'm obsessive but my clothes are tight and uncomfy.
Myfitnesspal seems to be helping me think about the snacking I'm doing. I'm still snacking but choosing a bit healthier (non bread) options.
Spends yesterday were on 2 neeps for 19p, a bag of tatties for 59p and one of those boxes of nanna-knitted cereals for 69p (reduced from 2,79 who on earth can afford it at that price?????)
Spotted wood at DIY store in village but too many cars. Didn't go back last night as
a - too lazy
b - fireworks so might have been busy
Might go today.
Today - womble land conference call at 4.30 straight after my own work, joy joy eh?
6 hours garden and I've a meeting with Lady Penelope within the next week to review my hours - Im not thrilled but they I suggested it as waiting is killing me.
MIL here for the weekend too from tonight. Seeing the new bond movie over weekend.
I remind myself I was supposed to be in India. pfft.
Dull here but dryish.
Got to do a few chores and fly lady.
Today is the last day in Zone 1(Entrance, Front Porch, and Dining Room). Set your timer and declutter for 5 minutes in each area. You can focus on what needs to be done whether it be trash, clothes, magazines, paper clutter, or leaves. Don't get overwhelmed - we are taking BabySteps. Just 5 minutes.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Pfft Indeed!:(
I've been watching the food intake as well Pips! - too easy to stuff myself with sweets instead of planning healthy meals & snacks - too much eating out at lunch - must get workmates into the habit of a gab over coffee instead of over lunch! - better for me to have an apple & a piece of cheese than cooked lunch! - the pounds have been slowly creeping on so now it's super-strickness!
Flylady - does that work by osmosis too?!?:D:eek: I've already tackled all of her list this morning - even the dreaded paper pile!
Did you mention something about cleaning the kitchen table this month? - does this mean that I'll actually need to get through the boxes to free up the floor space & aquire (fr££cycle or otherwise) an actual table before Cmas?:o:eek:

Sadly yes second view went ace but they decided our 'closey' was too thin to get their trailer through.
They were folks from south, which is fine but I don't tihnk they understand the concept of a scottish close.
So no offer. Which is a shame as they loved the flat. :cool:Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Hope you didn't lie down too long.
I think coffee with NO CAKES is fine or lunch with a saladbut yes its similar here too much socialising and not enough wired-jaw=shuttedness.
I think you've got the hang of fly lady.
Table yes dont' stress about that one, eating ala japanense (on the floor) is very cool. Even at xmas.
I'm sorry not been around I've been sick. And am still sick and all weekend plans cancelled.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
