  • shhh I'm at home today and eating porridge (valoo) with brown sugar and double cream.

I salve myself by knowing I have lots of wood to chop later and its very cold here.

And everything aside the porridge was reduced.

Car is in for MOT so I'm home today all day. Healing vibes for it please.

I'd thought about a longer lie but its just too lovely here today. So stove is on and I've done 15 mins in the kitchen and loaded up wood in the living room.

    Hounds are still slumbering.

Don't really have a plan for today.

  • Ah I forgot to mention fly lady

Mission 1 - wipe doors, light sockets etc in bathroom nice and clean.
Mission 2 - pick a room and declutter the paper for 15 mins with nice music on or a movie or someat
    .

Stove is on in kitchen. house is cold but heating still off but not sure for how much longer. Its like an icebox.

Got more cuttings from work heading to the compost bin so must plan those later. Epimediums, brunnera and something I forget.

Must also post some wild garlic bulbs to a chum.

MOrning pippi :) I've just had porridge too, (also reduced) but it was those mad little sachets which don't have quite the right texture. Only bought cos reduced, and because I love normal porridge so much I end up eating bowlfuls of it through the day mixed into yogurt :o This is only 'ok' so just have for breakfast :D

Had plums in mine :j (although they didn't taste of much)

Gosh, I'm not making my breakfast sound very exciting!!

Nice day here too, although I'll be inside working for most of it, to make up for having done pretty much nothing the last two days... :o :rotfl:
  • Hugs cheery and it did sound interesting honest!

Well jealous of your celebration tea yesterday sounded yummy.

I've put a chicken on to cook (reduced, tea) and got some damsons (from a neighbour) in a pot stewing. All very homely bliss here.

Must wrestle myself into some clothes and go outside it is actually gorgeous. And must pic some veg and make some pasta sauces etc whilst stove is on.

Mutts most unhappy I've just turfted htem out of bed.......

:) kettles on. Time for a cuppa I think......

  • OMG just used the carpet cleaner (70% off thank you :money:)

It seems the pets aren't such an issue.

There seems to be a long haired girl here who likes the beach.

Who knew a carpet could hold so much sand. And, I must be bald.

And there was you blaming the poor mutts!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sadly we have nobody but ourselves to blame here - daren't use a carpet cleaner!!
  • Its going to be a slow process cheery - and we've only been here just over a year - how can it be this messy!!

Living room and conservatory done. Other rooms are hardly used to be fair and the dogs (and I lol) dont' do in them much.

    :D tea time me thinks.
