They're currently rolling it out - see their Store FAQ's:

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but I haven't the time to wade through all the points made so far!
If you want Tesco Clubcard points, go for the Tesco Clubcard Plus account as this gives you 2 points for every £1 you spend in Tesco stores (it can only be used in Tesco stores), whereas this Current Account will give you a 'very generous' (!) 1 point for every £4 you spend.Thank you for reading this message.0 -

A couple of questions for existing Tesco savings account holders:
Did you apply for the new current account(s) while logged in, or not?
If not, did it automatically link the current account(s) to your existing accounts immediately?
I hate Tesco internet banking with a vengeance so am trying to minimise my pain0 -
I applied while logged in saves you having to input most of your details. It is showing under my savings accounts that my application for a current account is being processed. Gives date the application was made."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0
