Last week if the month, thank goodness! My months go pay day to pay day so I start again on Thursday with the monthly budgets and Friday with the weekly.
This weeks budget has been stretched due to the unexpected bills and I managed to do the weekly shop for £23.75 so only 75p over. Also put the last £10 out of the monthly petrol budget in the car so hope it will last!
Need to do a meal plan now for the next 9 days as we're on holiday after thatalso need to do the end of month round up as I think we might be slightly over on clothes, personal and little mans budget

Whoops been a spendy day!
Took £50 from my saving to buy little man a new buggy, he's needed one for a while now as he's out grown his baby pram. I'd been putting it off but it's getting silly now and there is no way I'm getting the monster pram and all our other stuff in the boot of my tiny car for our week away....I didn't realise how much stuff kids need for a week!
Will have to reduce Christmas budget by £50 or make the money up before then. Either way not a problem and although I've spent money it felt good that it came out of saving rather than more debt
Lots on the to do list this week but looking forward to having a week off next weekLBM - DFW Jan 2010Debt 1 13680/15000 -- Debt 2 0/4800Weight loss 23.5/76lbsNSD 2014 5/30 -- Savings 2014 2130/4260Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #173 - £8.10Sealed Pot Challenge #3950 -
Morning
Played tooth fairy again last night as little miss lost her 2nd tooth, had to use my £1 shopping trolley coin from the back of my purse as I had no moneymust make sure I have a little change in for this next time!
Hoping for a NSD today, should be easy as I don't have any money :rotfl:
Petrol running seriously low, not sure I'm going to make it to Thursday but here's hoping! Normally £70 would be plenty but the 3 x 90 mille trips to my aunts this month has pushed it. Next month I have an extra £25 to cover the holiday travelling but it's a 5 week month so £70 might be a challenge again!LBM - DFW Jan 2010Debt 1 13680/15000 -- Debt 2 0/4800Weight loss 23.5/76lbsNSD 2014 5/30 -- Savings 2014 2130/4260Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #173 - £8.10Sealed Pot Challenge #3950 -
Is it pay day yet lol
Managed my NSD yesterday, not difficult when you don’t have any money! Will be having another today too:rotfl:
Joined the sealed pot challenge and the virtual sealed pot challenged. Made myself a nice tin to put loose change in (already save 1p, 2p & 5p in a big vase, going to put this in the little peoples saver) the sealed pot is going to be for me to treat myself in the Christmas salesI decided to use an old basic bank account for the virtual pot and had a surprise when I went to the cash point, I thought there was about £4 in there but there is £19.22 so a nice little start to the collection
Need to do my end of month round up today ready for pay day tomorrow…..this could be painful!
In other news after the awful incident with the car last week little miss received the pupil of the week certificate in assembly at school. Uber proud momma but slightly miffed that she can be so good at school and a little terror at home. Diet going ok, no weight loss but no weight gain either. Going to kick it up a notch after my holiday as I want to enjoy guilt free ice cream

Not as bad as I thought but not good as everything should balance or have money left over not negative figures  For some strange reason my bank a/c doesn't tally up with my spreadsheet either and I am £1.18 short in my a/c.
Savings target on track at 2130/4260 for the year
Childcare savings a/c is short by £26.60; not so bad for now but once the big summer holiday bills start coming it could be a problem
NSD for June 3 – this is poor but most days I have had to pay for something for the little people! Going to cut out breakfast club on the days I work and try to make the 3 days a week NSD

*Holiday budget
*Work out how the change of paying dance fees weekly to monthly in advance will affect the monthly budget
Instead of doing the weekly round up tomorrow ready for the new budgets Friday I might as well just do it now -

Nearly time for our holiday
little miss is so excited, little man has no idea and I'm wondering how I'm going to get everything done in time lol
We're off to a Haven caravan park on the east coast, one of those Sun £15 per person jobs (although once you've paid everything it works out more than that, but still a bargain)
Holiday budget =
£400 saved
£25 from weekly food budget
£15 from weekly petrol budget
£440
Holiday £150
Petrol £35
Other £50 (clothes/shoes/suncream etc)
Food £45
Eating out £40
Spending £80
Emergency £40
£440
I'm not worried about spending it all including the emergency as I've worked hard this last year keeping me and the little people on our feet after the husband left that we deserve some fun an a week not worrying about thingsLBM - DFW Jan 2010Debt 1 13680/15000 -- Debt 2 0/4800Weight loss 23.5/76lbsNSD 2014 5/30 -- Savings 2014 2130/4260Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #173 - £8.10Sealed Pot Challenge #3950
