Don't get downhearted, itsa. Do what you can in 15 minutes and see what difference it makes in your house. A "wipe down" is not the same as a "deep clean"! Depending on the current state of your house, you may be able to get it shining in one week or need a few weeks to achieve the same effect, but - trust Flyladies - every little helps. We all go at our own pace, and you will find many of us taking extended coffee breaks :rotfl: Flying is meant to be enjoyable and a gentle encouragement, not a rod for your back :)

I have made the prototype chariot (in cardboard) and will do the real thing in balsa tomorrow morning when I can see what I'm doing. I've had my MRI scan, cooked tea and sent some emails. Too tired to do much more tonight except sort my work files (5 minutes?) and then zzz...

    • Fill a bag for charity shop
    • Wipe out the fridge.. meal plan for June!
    • Bake a cake/buns or prepare a new meal for our family!

Thanks for last weeks list Dusty :).
I have had a fairly lazy day today, my hip has been murder after wearing heels on Saturday night for my school reunion.
It's my wedding anniversary today, 13 years. It's flown by. I'm lucky, DH is a lovely man, even when he's driving me nuts!
We went to ikea on Saturday and got a new tap (woohoo, it works and doesn't leak!) reduced to £30 and 2 sets of sofa covers (pink but I can dye them) reduced from £135 to £5 each! No garden furniture, which is what we went for but I managed to iron out more bits from our kitchen design plan. It's good, I can now keep our current oven (which we keep repairing!) and as we have a new DW coming on Wednesday :D, I won't be getting a built in DW or the cupboard. Will still need an end panel though.

Welcome newbies. Happy anniversary to someone (I'm so sorry, I forget!).
Pigpen, your room looked really good after you attacked the fireplace, it's very therapeutic isn't it?
I forget what else I wanted to say. Getting yawny now!

It is sad to hear about Rik Mayall, he was only young. I wonder what happened :(

Valli I know you are having a bit of a time of it at work, but at least you don't work in one of those schools in Brum! What a scary thought! Not liking the news today one little bit...

I haven't updated the challenge list, sorry, and I really must get to bed, it's my silly o'clock start tomorrow. I will do it, I promise...

DS has decided when he is 7 he's going to live with his granny :rotfl: not because he doesn't want me, but because they have lots of treats ;) he does make me chuckle.
