Mellymoo, have you seen any one? Does your GP know you are currently suffering?0

No LIR since the 'tell me about your mother' incident I self treat.
Possible penguin
Considering the crud I have on at the minute it's not a surprise I have relapsed I can't control anything else and need to control something. The steps and shakes will help. I used complan smoothies made with ice cream on my last relapse. I can get some greens in if I get the breville so make sure my vitamin levels increase. All of this helps me feel in control which in turn will ease it. The problem will come if the enjoying feeling empty and sore starts to get bigger then I will take myself to hospital.0 -
We have two cats, they were originally our sons, they are sisters and he chose them from a cat rescue when they were kittens. He moved into his own top floor flat three years ago and couldn't take them as they have always been free-range cats and it would be cruel to keep them cooped up in a flat. So he left them with us, but that's not a problem , we have always had cats apart from when we lived in Spain and even then a couple of local cats adopted us
The two we have now are 16, but don't look or act it, they still climb and chase off next door's (much younger) cat
They will have to move with us when we move. They won't like that one bit, but will get used to it eventually.
I don't think we'll have any more when these two finally go, as we'd like to do a bit of travelling before we are too old, staying away for several weeks at a time.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
There is good help out there melly.0

Melly there are other types of help than the 'tell me about your mother' type and I think it would help you to talk to someone. In the meantime, the shakes sound like a good plan - you and I both know that the amount of exercise you do requires more than the food you're eating. I don't want to push you but I am very worried about you.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

I am the epitome of a little knowledge is a dangerous thing which makes me difficult to treat. Arguing with them and challenging their methodology tends to make me unlikable it's not as bad as it can get yet hopefully I have caught it in time so if I re train myself it will be ok. It's a reaction to stress0

I know code I lowered my steps yesterday which made me twitchy this is good as hopefully I can completely move focus.
I have my fitness app on my phone and it scared me a bit yesterday as I apparently need 2000 calories to maintain current weight and yesterday I managed 3450 -
Then the shakes and smoothies are definitely a good idea.
If you can bear to, add peanut butter to your smoothies.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
