Yes must take it, before I get the munchies again!

Why is it that the sloppy mix of butter, sugar, eggs and flour is disgusting, but that half an hour in an oven turns it into such a yummy thing?
    It's baffling!

That is sooooo cute. Just logged my food into my fitness pal it shouted at me.
complan seems to be the food.of choice for ed.
Freeze it in slices honest you have to get it out and wait.for.it too defrost then.
going to get my breville doobery on payday Mr Moo is going to join me on some smoothies but I am going to have at least one that adds another 300 or so calories so far today I have had 47 yep 47 this is appalling following short walk with kids I am going to force myself to eat tacos.
  • Do try to have a taco, melly. Complan used to keep me going along with porridge. It wasn't at all healthy really but it was better than starving myself and I did get vitamins and minerals that way. Do you think you might be able to handle some vitamin supplements? Also, make sure you drink a lot of water if it feels possible because you won't be getting liquids from food.

Hahaha! I would eat it frozen! :D

You and I are a right pair aren't we, Mellymoo? ::rotfl:

    Well, the cake's gone! :T

Erm, I say gone but.......I decide to cut a small slice for tomorrow.
    So I did.
Then I, erm, cut another small slice for tomorrow. See! What am I like!
Then I rushed out with the rest of it before I weakened. So two-thirds has gone!
    Out to dinner now....bye!
    (Not hungry now. :()

Taking a vit supplement Fizzy one from sainsburys tastes nice.
Good point about the fluids need to be careful prone to cystitis
  • How on earth did that happen? I took 1 leek (I don't like leeks) 1 potato (OH doesn't like potatoes) and one carrot (OH not keen) sliced them, popped them in a pan with a little oil & some curry powder, sauted for a bit, then added a stock cube & some water, simmered for a bit & then liquidised. The result is delicious! I know because I tasted it, then tasted it again to make sure and then had to have a third taste in case it was different when it wasn't on the stove. OH also tasted it & has agreed to have some for supper. I can't remember the last time I had soup, leave alone made it.

LIR, we are thinking about ground or air source heating as an alternative to the wood, good to hear you're positive about it. We already have the PV but that doesn't tend to work at night when it gets cold!

We have a particular type of air source. Its incredibly good. We get hot water as quickly, or quicker, than on an immersion switch. :D.

I don't think you are a million miles from me...SW? I'm happy to recommend the people did mine. They go nation wide, but its actually the type of aIR source / these pumps that I think are really important.

We need to get on with pv. Just......its another huge pull of money and exhausting to research who to use and which technology for best compromise. We could do a staged approach. I don't thing we can feed back into mains from where we are.....but we use a fair bit of electricity. We have a small area we might put solar thermal too. Just for a little extra boost.
