Aw code, but you have to go to work to buy him food and treats and keep him homed and well taken care of!

Tomorrow morning my first job when back from station and with a load of washing in the machine is to look at getting back into routine for organised meal plans for the week.

He'll adjust better than me. He'll get fun walks with his dog walker and doggy friends. I'll be stuck in the office, wishing I could afford to retire before I'm 80.

LIR are you making anything yummy?

I'm overly emotional. I wonder if its anything to do with aspartame withdrawl? What have I been doing to my body?

It's amazing how subtle nutrtion can be! Remember, it'll only get better!
Being realistic, it's also probably combined with the time of year - Christmas is an emotional time of year on many levels - and hormones do go a bit skewy with reduced daylight, plus you've had a longish break from work and so you're now having a micro-lifechange by going back to work!

Grab it by the horns, Code! :A

Good Luck to all 'back-to-[STRIKE]school[/STRIKE]-work people!

As for me, I think one more day in bed, then I'll try getting up tomorrow.
Annoying, 'cos have had to move a hair-colouring appointment which was already overdue 'cos of Christmas, and a chiropractic appointment that I need more than ever, as the coughing aggravates my lumbars, but just wasn't well enough to drag out to.

Don't know if it's a coincidence, as the chest infection was due to start improving, but inhaling the rosemary essence oil in hot water really seems to have helped. Still wheezing and coughing, but what I'm coughing up is a lot healthier-looking, if you get my drift.

    Good morning Team WaS.

Pyxis, so glad you're feeling a bit better.

Lir - hugs. Just in case you need them.

Have had a shower and some toast. Lunch is more or less ready to be picked up and now I'm cuddling dumbass dog waiting for it to get light enough outside for walkies. Also pathetically, still feel a bit weepy.

It's not pathetic, Code! It's natural! It's a sort of 'loss'.

I promise you, by lunchtime, you'll be ok! :A ((((())))))
