You can get shoe insoles as well I think, along the lines of the pebble idea. Although that's less about balance and back onto proprioception for people with autism to help ground them and so they know what their feet are doing in relation to the rest of them. (Along the same lines, I remember one chap I knew who used to put glass in his shoes and take his socks off so he could feel it better.)
I can just walk with stones in my boots. Sometimes it bothers me, sometimes I dunno about it. I used to have to be more careful because I could very easily cause quite serious injury in various places without noticing. I always have stones in my boots cause...well, they just appear and often I cannot easily bend to get them out and they don't bother me much. Fir fishes them out on Saturdays and tuts. :rotfl:0 -

I'm going to start electroacupuntcure in the new year to try to sort out the pain in my face. There have been studies about its effectiveness in proper medical journals and the clinic claim to have treated someone with it well enough that she didn't need pain killers any more so thought it might be worth a shot. If I could get off these bleedin anticonvulsants I could lose some weight and feel better about myself cause at the moment I feel as attractive as an old teabag.
Ok, so Christmas party mk2 today. So black lace skater dress, or black lace figure hugging dress? :rotfl: Its raining and I don't want to go. Feeling very fed up.

Shorter dress, also black lace actually (wee theme here - I do have clothes that are not lace or black), with black jeans and snow boots. It was very icy.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

Perhaps black lace ought to BE your theme. Will your colleagues a) have seen both, and b) realise they are two different dresses?Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
