I'm so sorry I missed the fun of the hamper opening WaS but I'm so glad you liked your gifts. It sounded like such a fun thread on the day and jm was wonderful in organising everything.

They have given me a date of 15/01/15 for surgery but the consultants are not in agreement as one would like it done before then but I am still fighting infection so the other thinks it's better to wait.

My appetite isn't very good but the dietician came and spoke to me yesterday before discharge and I have to try five or six small meals each day rather than larger meals.

I'm still on antibiotics and have to take anti sickness pills otherwise I'm still vomiting and that puts me off my food. I don't think I've felt this low in a long time

Also, I was wondering about amending the bits about leaving an hour before posting a penguin, as it seems a bit long-winded? It might all sound too involved and put people off?
What do people think?

7DW, I attempt to repost the etiquette about every 10 pages or so, although sometimes it's a bit longer than 10, depending on circumstances. Any less than that and I think it'd become a bit onerous! . It was only 7 pages this time!

I've also been trying to avoid posting it when there are delurkers or new posters, as it seems a bit pointed!

No no! It's ok! No probs! :A It's just that there have been several times when the 10th page arrived and there were new posters or delurkers and I postponed the repost in case they thought I was directing it at them!
There's no right or wrong way, I just thought I'd explain my thinking process, weird though it be!:D
