Deep breath, oyster. Can you write down some headings about how you feel to read before you go in? Words that describe how you feel such as anxious, sad, deflated, etc. Don't try to write the whole thing down, just the headings to give you points to remember to mention. If necessary pass your doctor the headings. I have done this before, my list said depressed, voices, paranoid, afraid. I couldn't tell him how I felt so I just handed him the paper and that was all he needed. You don't have to write an essay, just keywords. There are also forms online that it might be helpful to fill and take with you.
