Sorry for earlier.
Well I have now seen GP and got some different medication to try. Sertraline . Will wait until after the weekend as I have a lot of driving over the next few days and don't want to be feeling weird and driving.
Was NOT impressed with this GP, " Are you new here ? " I remember well when he arrived 15 years ago !!
I could rant on and on..... but I haven't the energy. He gave the impression of not caring and not listening

Hi messed up, I'm awake
I figured out recently that by turning the heating up in my room it helps me sleep, as being warm makes me sleepy. Also i've really taken to lavender incenseI find it relaxes me and helps me sleep better. Another thing is eating cheese before bed, i think it releases Tryptophan which can help with sleep
