  • Sorry for earlier.

Well I have now seen GP and got some different medication to try. Sertraline . Will wait until after the weekend as I have a lot of driving over the next few days and don't want to be feeling weird and driving.

Was NOT impressed with this GP, " Are you new here ? " I remember well when he arrived 15 years ago !!
I could rant on and on..... but I haven't the energy. He gave the impression of not caring and not listening :(

I think most of us have unfortunately at one point or another had a crap medical professional *hugs* doesn't help instill confidence when they act like that. I'd hope he did care and was listening, it might have just been an off day for him and he could perhaps have seen a lot of patients so maybe it was a slip of mind more than anything bad?

Good luck with the setraline, i was on that very briefly but it caused havoc with prolactin levels and i ended up um...*this is embarassing* (whispers) leaking milk from my boobs  :o I can tell you that freaked me out a little!

I'm a little less narked off with work as ive seen the christmas rota and i am off on the 23rd and back on the 27th....so...I CAN GO HOME FOR CHRISTMAS!!!! :j and wont be spending it here alone

Also Beau has been texting today and i think he;s slowly getting back to himself :) A band that are a favourite of both of us has announced a tour next year so hopefully we will get tickets!

Hugs for everyone that wants them (and if you don't that's ok, i'm sure WaS will have the extra ones!)

    Aww, how come? can't sleep?

I figured out recently that by turning the heating up in my room it helps me sleep, as being warm makes me sleepy. Also i've really taken to lavender incense :) I find it relaxes me and helps me sleep better. Another thing is eating cheese before bed, i think it releases Tryptophan which can help with sleep

I only get a couple of hours a night.
May possibly manage another half an hour later if I'm lucky.
