Awww, I wish you could, too dibuzz. It takes me ages to fall asleep but once I do it is very hard to wake up before at least 6 hours, the medication is a lot to blame for that. It isn't too much of a problem with the way I live now but if I was working it would be a nightmare. It isn't a case of getting up and being tired, if I get up too early I just fall asleep again anywhere, on the sofa, in the bath, etc.

It is a shame that we can't share sleep patterns and have half each!

I have no problem falling asleep the first time, I just wake up after about an hour and that's it.
Sharing would be nice though

Hi Waves and Smiles! I have just popped in from lurkdom, I have only just found this thread and have not had time to read all of it, just wanted to let you know you are not the only one awake!!


Last night I went to bed at 6.30 and slept for 12 hours, tonight..nuffink!

Random question! Does anyone know how you use LoveToShop vouchers? We have a couple which we can put towards WaSp's new car battery but we have never used them before. Do you need to activate them online first or just take them into a shop as you would coupons? FAQ's on the site tell me nothing.

You don't get rid of me that easily WaS, I'm still here.
I'm not sure there's any point trying now, I have to be up in an hour anyway.
I've been reading but that hasn't helped so time to go down and make a cup of tea I think.
I've got CBT this afternoon so I hope I can stay awake for it.

I had lots of cuddles with my youngest grandson last night and can still smell him on me, don't really want to get in the shower but suppose I will have to.
Poor little thing is full of a cold and teething too so wasn't very happy, I hope he's had a better night than me.
