Lovely to see you JM
Hope the building work's going well!
Hi everyone, I'm just doing a bit of catching up so I know what's been happening.
Harry told everyone that I was going to a cancer show when I went to the wellbeing fair last week, it made me laugh. I'll be back to report later.0 -
It has been exceptionally busy at work over the last few weeks. I am tired and paranoia creeps in. On Friday, twice I overheard DH on the phone to customers and I had convinced myself that there were issues, had decided what those issues (ie criticisms) were and had started thought processing too negate them. Which was ridiculous as they weren't issues at all. All because I was tired.
Yesterday we left the house at 8 am. Hugely good-busy day. Didn't have time for breakfast so forgot to take my anti-d. By the time we got home at 7.30, I was nearly physicallly sick. It is good though, because it does show that the sickness is a side effect rather than a bug (has happened before).
Chill out day today as DH wants to watch sport. DD is roaming around, playing. DS has just been chatting to me about his work. I am pleased with him.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Penguin, codemonkey.
don't know if the info on this website will help or if it is something you have already seen:

Infertility penguin
We looked into that whitewing but because DH has Klinefelter syndrome and his vas deferens didn't properly develop, there is a less than 5% chance (they said maybe 2%) that the surgical option would work and a higher chance of accidentally castrating him. They said our only option was sperm donation but because they allow any resulting offspring to contact the donor, nobody is donating anymore and in any case DH is against the idea.

It's funny how our brains work when we get overtired. Your chill out day sounds lovely. I spent most of yesterday asleep and wish I could do the same today but I have to go and see some family.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
I watched x factor last night and enjoyed Fleur's song (which I haven't heard before).

JM - what is the instrument you are playing, looks like a big oboe?
*Waves to all*0 -
Good evening all!
Great pic JM! I am sad everyone did the large instrument jokes first.
I have emailed my doctor and asked if he would arrange the blood tests for tomorrow, sometimes he will do it for me if he thinks that I am suffering. I slept for 17 hours. I am freezing and the skin on the front of my legs looks like I have sunburn, I also haven't managed to errr go to the toilet for 4 days. This tells me my thyroid level has dropped so I would love to be seen sooner rather than later. Because my condition is brittle it may change again (brittle meaning my body crates random amounts of thyroxine at different times/days so it is hard to medicate), but I can't cope with sleeping like this and being so cold all of the time. It's making me miserable.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France
