How exciting was. You need to take a blanket to the beach in any case, to wrap up in in the cold, or to sit on if its nice. :).

I bet sir pugliet nor even GIT dog were As wicked as kiwi today. He is throroughly in the dog house. :(.

He's not winning my approval this afternoon either, he and dog dog are not meant to play 'rough' games or 'fast' games in the house, but both keep for getting this, running in from the garden, doing hairpin turns, or racing around the kitchen table, then tearing out again. I love them playing, but thing outdoors is a far better place for that game.

WaS, you could always use the blanket as a shawl, then it would be there in an 'emergency'!

Oldestgnome, I was feeling a little concerned, too. Obviously , messedup, you've met him and we haven't, but we care about you, and wouldn't want you in any sort of tricky situation. xx:A

  • Oops, naughty Doggies, LIR! It is lovely that they play together, though even if it is in the wrong place.

Yes, do be careful MU. Have a lovely time but keep yourself safe. We worry about you!

(Am I allowed to scratch? Just once?)

Wow! What an amazing view, jojo! I love the sun on the water! You are up so high, you were so brave to do that!

Strange? Its incredible! it looks, like a hyper real picture, I love it.

oldest gnome and Pyxis, I agree. MU, perhaps protect your emotions a little . Value them and give them away just a little less freely, but be no less true with them, they are so precious, they aren't for every one.
  • WaS - im pretty sure the answer everyone is going to give is no scratching! not even once.... :(

So it worked, yippee, we went up early as it gets too hot to be wanted to climb once the sun is properly up. it really was beautiful. but glad I didnt have to actually work up there, think they might have been a bit much, as i would have had to let go of a handrail at some point! :rotfl:

Oh wow! You were brave! And what a view! How big was the platform once you were up there? It doesn't look very big!
    Well done you!

  • What an awesome pic JoJo, that is VERY high! I would have been very scared, well done for conquering your fears!

LiR- the joys of dog ownership - sounds like they might be in proper trouble today! :D

WaS - no scratching, have another puff on that e-cig and get out the wool and do some cats cradle to keep those fingers busy!

MU - hope you take the advice in the way it's meant :) We care about you.
  • I booked my flights and paid the balance on my trip today - I am now committed!!! :D

WaS, I wonder if putting an ice pack, not on the wound, obviously, but on your head or forehead near the wound might take some of the itchiness away?

Feel free to contradict me folks!
Though it might help to try it even for a few seconds.

(A covered ice pack, not a bare one! You don't want frostbite as well as a burn!)
