Message received and just snorted my tea everywhere in appreciation.

WaS, would that be good as in good, or good as in didn't wreak too much havoc? The answer will depend on which of those options you choose. :)
How long does your TOTM anaemia affect you for as in iron levels getting back to normal? I'm just being nosey as I used to faint every month but as I thought it was normal I never went to the doctor about it. Not a problem any more, luckily.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • I have been treated on and off for anaemia for years elsien, sometimes injections, sometimes tablets. It is always bad at TOTM, mainly because mine are so heavy (thyroid problem). It usually takes about a week afterwards to right itself again, your fainting may have been the same thing.

Hahahahaha! I am opting for didn't wreak too much havoc. I so want a GitDog of my very own.

No, maybe he's asking me to sort him out so he looks less like a teddy and a bit harder, like git dog, who'd probably fancy a teddy bear hair do so he could look like a teddy while elsien accused him of causing havoc. ;)

Even now my iron levels are better I still take a particular brand of supplement each totm of iron plus c. Those supplements are one of the few things I take ( including medecine) which I can really feel the difference tbh.
  • I have thought of taking an iron supplement at TOTM, LIR but my thyroid medication is contraindicated to Iron tablets. We (the Endocrinologist and I) have ignored this in the past and just gone for it anyway, though. So many of my medications are contraindicated anyway that we have no choice a lot of the time.

Is it bad that I think a teddy bear Kiwi sounds rather cute?

So I am not safe to smoke anymore, either. I have just turned the fire alarm off. I managed to set fire to my hair...

I now have a very short and burnt fringe, a blistering forehead and a blistering hand where I smacked the flames. The smell is awful. I don't believe myself sometimes. What I actually did was forget to put the cigarette in my mouth to light so kept bringing the lighter closer and closer to my face to try to find the end until it caught my hair.

So WaSp is coming back from MIL's. I told him not to but he says that he will never sleep after that. I managed to break the fire alarm with the broom to reach the button to turn it off and it kept going off for a few seconds at a time so I hooked the battery and pulled it out. My head is extremely painful, I have two blisters that I can see and another that seems to be growing on my hairline, my fringe is wrecked. I have another blister on my finger.

Just another day in the life of WaS *sigh*

Run a clean tea towel or something under cold water and put it over the burns to take the heat out till WaSp gets there and can see what you've done.
