Where do your folks find the time to do so many things in your life? I am sure you have more minutes in your day than I do.
I like the fact that your voices are answering each other back, WaS. That's got to be progress.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

I'm in a clique! It's a clique of one! It's a unique clique!

JM is it Wagner? (Flying Dutchman?)
Or, grasping at straws and thinking of ballet pieces, Orpheus in the Underworld?
Or Midsummer Night's Dream?
None of the above. And I wouldn't call the Mendelssohn MND an opera - it does have an oph. though. (Rushes off to see if the Britten has one.)
Let me know when you give up.
PS While we're on the subject of weird brass instruments, have you all seen this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyDYqMsPbI0 Very entertaining and not a penguin unless you are scared of baby trombones!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
Don't think the Britten one has an oph.
Well, if it's not Verdi either, I give up!(I just lurve spiders!)

I started to learn the trumpet at school but couldn't stand the vibration of my lips against the mouthpiece.
Those baby trombones are so cute.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

The ballets were the clue, think French opera.
The only Frenchman listed on Wiki as using the oph. is 'our 'Ector' - Monsieur Berlioz. The opera was Les Troyens (The Trojans).Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
