I've just started another string, so let's see what happens! If I get words back, then I'll send them to you!
Presumably, you then send them back to your friend, and so on?

(I've called it string instead of chain, in case the word chain puts anybody off).

It'd also be interesting to see which position letter in a word gets changed the most often. Probably the first or last, but let's see!

I am very busy at the moment with work and new routines at home, but it is all good.

How are you all today? I feel great. I am much less anxious nowadays about travelling in a car, and also being in a room with a group of people.I always used to have to sit near the door. (I have touches of agoraphobic too). I went to a business meeting yesterday and it is so much more enjoyable without all the additional mental processing required to get me to actually stay in the room.

WaS, I shall be out all day, until evening.

Going to see some antique instruments! (Musical, not surgical etc., although the latter are also interesting! )

I hope you don't mind WaS, but I'm not passing it on. I never do out of principle. The thought of landing someone in despair who doesn't have people they can ask doesn't sit well.

Hospital today. I feel really calm. I am iatrophobic, and usually find consultations the worst. I haven't done my normal night before ritual which I might regret. Maybe I used up my nervous energy on pointless car fretting? In anycase while I feel a small nagging hollow in the depths of my stomach and a sort of nag behind my sternum, I am otherwise calm and not at all thinking I could just as easily head for the hills as the hospital.....:)
  • Couldn't we just carry on, changing one letter, or even adding one - who knows where we could end up! (Mornington Crescent, probably!)

    Wellllll - salt > silt

Sulk = suld (archaic variation of should)
