I'm in a clique! It's a clique of one! It's a unique clique!
I love :eek:0 -
Thank you! It is a small thing really but I feel like I just undertook a daring adventure! I wasn;t sure what to think first so catapulted between there is a policeman looking at me and eeeek! I am inches from being outside and people can see me!
I know I told the policeman it was fine and it wasn't his fault halfway through it as the poor man was apologising every few seconds. He clearly felt dreadful.
I can answer the door. Not without getting a state but I can do it!
Hahahahaha Pyxis! Not quite that tall but well over 6ft! It was a bit of shock to glance up and come face to face with his chest, at my height I am usually up to most men's chins at least!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France
If I knew that the world would end tomorrow, I would still plant apple trees today - Martin Luther King0 -
The other thing that happened was that, despite your feeling so very anxious, you have still appreciated the policeman's discomfort and embarrassment, which just goes to show how kind YOU are! Not just the policeman!(I just lurve spiders!)

Am falling asleep over my iPad again, so will give into it! Don't want a repeat of last night when I woke at 4 still clutching my tablet stylus, with the bedside light on!!
I shall dream of tall policemen! Mmm, tall policemen.................!(I just lurve spiders!)

WaS, I am so proud of you! A huge achievement. Especially at night. Tall, kind policeman. Yummy. I find it very reassuring that there are people like that on the streets around you.
And you are continuing to achieve your goal of raising awareness about mh problems. I am very impressed!
My DD said she wanted to be a police officer when she grew up. I said that I thought she wanted to be a doctor. So she said she'd be a police officer first and then a doctor! She will be a busy bee.
ETA: Thanks for the picture, pyxis, I was thinking something more along the lines of the Chippendales!
(How sad is that, I just had to google to check it was the chippendales, I am so married now that I can't remember)/.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. You've made my day with that quote, and I'm having a good day anyway.
Indeed whitewing, it brings a tear to the eye :''-)
OMG WaS, you are amazing! Here's a song that came to mind whilst reading that - Giant steps are what you take
Walking on the moon
I hope my legs don't break
Walking on the moon
We could walk forever
Walking on the moon
We could live together
Walking on, walking on the moon
I'm going to do a lap of honour round the room on your behalf now :-D

A flying visit with waves and smiles from not so sunny Scarborough. I'm feeling a road trip coming on so I've got an excuse to work my way round every beach I can think of!All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
