Awww, thank you. I shall have a warm drink. I am already under a blanket and am cuddling Sir Pugliet.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Goodo. Warm drink, snuggle and Pugliet, plus some nice attention from a shiny-shoed hunk in a uniform! Heaven, WaS!(I just lurve spiders!)

What a BRILLIANT achievement WaS!
I think most people would be a bit shakey by an event like that without the stress you faced, but HOW WELL you did?
Aren't you proud of your self? You should be!!
And what a, decent copper, to make sure you were in your flat ok. You gave him the info he needed to help you. Worked perfectly. Cooled headed WaS.0 -
Hahahahaha he was very, very tall! I am 5'7 and when I answered the door I was at chest height! I think he had a colleague with him at the door, too but as I didn't look up I can only guess. He does get full marks for being good with people though, he did everything he could to be reassuring.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Hahahahahaha, I only got to glance as his face but his height stood out. Fortunately the man upstairs went with no problem so it was all over in 5 minutes. I still can't quite believe that I went down to the door alone, it has been so long since I have done that and despite my shaking I do have to say nothing bad happened.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Awww, thank you. It does mean that I can get to the door in a crisis, I have often wondered what would happen in the case of fire. I have some peppermint tea, Sir Pugliet and I am cuddled up under a blanket on my furry throw. I have to keep remembering that I did it and it all went smoothly.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France
