Wait, rabbits go on sand dunes? I never knew that! Or is this a metaphor that I am missing? I am picturing rabbits paddling in the sea now.[/QUOTE]

:rotfl: sand dunes are a great habitat for rabbits and other wildlife, these were in Borth and are well established with lots of plant life etc. My retriever used to have a very happy time chasing the rabbits didn't stand a chance of catching one as she was slow and would probably have cuddled it if she caught it :D

Dibuzz have you tried any more of the YouTube sleep videos? You mentioned the one Lir had posted had helped on a couple of occasions?

I've tried a couple and they help me get to sleep but I'm wide awake an hour later. I also don't always get a signal in my bedroom so they don't always work.

Testing my avatar. I thought it would be bright and cheerful.

Didn't work. I wonder why. It is on the login bit to the left of the thread, and on the Quick Reply but not on the post in the thread.

PS I have a vague memory from changing my own avatar (mine is a dead troll, geddit? :D) - I think you have to log out and in again.
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

    WaS,

Obviously don't do anything without checking with your psychiatrist or GP, but would ginger help relieve the muscle pain. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1280005/A-pinch-ginger-help-reduce-muscle-pain-heavy-exercise.html

My friend used it for the nausea of chemo and I am thinking of trying it as I sometimes feel nauseous on my new anti-d's (which is a side effect). My friend is also a great believer in the placebo effect. She doesn't care whether it works because it is medically beneficial or it works because you think it may.

I am also wondering whether acupuncture would help. (My relative had acupuncture on the NHS but not for a neurological disorder).
