    Morning all

Not 'seen' you guys for ages! Hope you're all doing ok and have had lots of glitches.

Dodgy rotas at work had me working 50 hours for a couple of weeks  Then had t squeeze in new parents evening, housework and occasionally seeing my children :p
Just back yesterday though from a lovely holiday to Yorkshire with OH, both of our Mums and the boys. We were so lucky with the weather and all had a great time.

I've got a few days off now before I start nights later this week so might be able to catch up with you a bit more.

For anyone who remembers, I had a barium swallow a few weeks ago. It didn't show any obvious stricture or pressure on my oesophagus :j Bloods still skewy but putting it all to the back of my mind.

Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Oh we were just reminiscing about the last time Scotland did qualify earlier :o

OH reminded me of chewy cola flavoured blue and white sweets that were called 'Argentinas' in 1978  :o:o does anyone remember them? :D:o

    Hi FC

It was a quiet night shift you posted two in row.:rotfl:

Sorry Don't remember the sweets but don't follow football.

My GD who is 5 went to see her Mums friend leaving for the church to be married yesterday, They had a "scramble" now that brought memories. (Bride's father throwing coppers to the kids who had come to wish her well.:T)

No idea if they had something similar down south but was it was pretty much outlawed many years ago as the cars could be chipped by the falling coins. The wee one came away £9.00 richer Take it not many children about. It was a great way to supplement your pocket money back then
