Dodgy rotas at work had me working 50 hours for a couple of weeks :mad: Then had t squeeze in new parents evening, housework and occasionally seeing my children
Just back yesterday though from a lovely holiday to Yorkshire with OH, both of our Mums and the boys. We were so lucky with the weather and all had a great time.

I've got a few days off now before I start nights later this week so might be able to catch up with you a bit more.

For anyone who remembers, I had a barium swallow a few weeks ago. It didn't show any obvious stricture or pressure on my oesophagus :j Bloods still skewy but putting it all to the back of my mind.

I haven't been doing the 5:2 it didn't really suit me, I've just cut out the rubbish and been doing more exercise and it seems to have done the trick I didn't really have a target as such, it was just when I seen yours I wondered what the 'ideal' weight would be. I am a bit taller than you though so probably wouldn't be the same.
