ebay unpaid item case opened against me

You clearly cannot read, however you know how to delete your own post.0

Nope; you are making that up.
The agreement is only entered into after the auction has ended, and therefore the agreement can only be varied after that point.
Absolute rubbish.
By bidding on an item, you are agreeing to whatever terms the seller stated in their listing or do you think that the ebay user agreement doesn't apply to you?
I asked you this earlier but you chose to ignore it, the same way that you are ignoring the terms of the item you bid on.
For someone who claims to be an experienced ebayer, you don't really have a clue do you?
Ebay user agreement, something to which you ticked a box to state that you had read and understood when signing up.When you bid on or buy an item, you're accepting the seller's terms as set out in their listing. You're entitled to expect that the seller will do what they've said with regards to postage, payments and returns.0 -
You can't mutually make an amendment to an agreement which doesn't yet exist; that's simple logic.
Good.
Oh yes it does!

The seller HAS responded to your question with an unpaid item case. It's perfectly clear that the seller DOES NOT WANT TO DO A COLLECTION. Either pay up or take a strike (hopefully a strike).0

If you haven't paid attention ... Prowla could pick the item up.
The answer is in the listing.
Prowla left it too late to ask for a change, for whatever reason, took his chance in asking late, didn't work out the way he wanted it to, now he needs to pay or accept a strike.

Stupid pictures with little or no words count for nothing. Response pics are for children. LOL! OMG 9GAG!
So are you going to contribute something more to the topic? Do you have an opinion?
Lighten up. Nothing wrong with the odd bit of humour.
'lol' doesn't come into it, thankfully, except in a literal sense.*Look for advice, not 'advise'*

Why would you say "hopefully a strike"? Is it your money which is involved?
I've repeated that I think the seller may not be reading their messages, and that I will determine that before proceeding.
One strike in 1000+ transactions is no big thing.0
